arielle won’t be going to school the rest of the week as hoped.  i brought her into school yesterday for graduation pictures.  i asked if she was in any pain and she mentioned that it was fine when she was walking, but it was really hard to sit straight.  i could actually see her cringing when the photographer asked her to sit up a little so she could take the pictures.  she was completely exhausted from the morning that she napped for a couple of hours.  so, in hopes that she will have enough energy for the all the activities of the coming two weeks, she will be staying home to get extra rest.

on the bright side, arielle made it through the night without pain medication and she can dress herself without my help.  yay!  she’s definitely doing better, but woke up this morning with an allergy attack of sneezes and coughs followed by an “ouch” after each. (sigh)
